Sellease (CEO Minjae Yoo) partnered with deep-tech startup Impact AI, which holds predictive AI technology, to develop enterprise AI that supports data-driven decisions.

Startup Sellease announced an enterprise asset management service built on AI agents, using the latest AI to make asset management more efficient.

Sellease showcased its enterprise asset management solution at Softwave 2024, Korea's largest software exhibition, held December 4–6 at COEX in Seoul.

New ITAM features include automatic registration of PCs, laptops and their specs, IT asset usage analysis, and QR-code-based asset lending and rotation.

At the exhibition, Sellease highlighted how its AI platform automates asset management in day-to-day work and its potential for global expansion.

Upload a single photo and AI recognizes the asset name, details, serial number and type in real time, cutting audit time and improving data accuracy.

Company assets are more than numbers in a ledger. Many Korean companies still track them in spreadsheets, which leads to duplicate purchases, idle assets and inaccurate accounting.

A major agent update turns Sellease into an all-device IT management platform covering PCs and mobile devices.

“80% of Korean companies with 100+ employees still manage assets in Excel. Existing tools were expensive, slow, heavy and complex,” says CEO Minjae Yoo.

The upgrade adds floor-plan and map-based GPS tracking, one-click SAP and Douzone ERP integration, and agent-based tracking for audits — managing physical and IT assets on one ledger from registration to accounting.
